Charming Boutique Experience
Enjoyed a good stay with fine decor and a lovely rooftop terrace perfect for relaxation. The staff organized an evening wine tasting that highlighted local vineyards. For future guests, be sure to ask about the terrace setup beforehand!

Reasonably large units with a nice bathroom. A very central location, very close to a theatre and a tower.

Staying at the Lancemore Crossley St was a good experience! The city views from my room were a hidden gem, offering a peaceful escape while still being in the heart of Melbourne. I loved sipping coffee in the morning on the rooftop terrace. The staff was genuinely friendly—one even recommended a fantastic local restaurant, making my stay feel personalized. The little touches, like complimentary bathrobes, made me feel extra special.
The only minor drawback was the steps at the front door, which made it a bit tricky with my luggage.

The room was generous sized and the views at sunset were pleasant. The cost was US$ 361. It was a short way from A Beautifully Renovated 1854 Theatre, appreciated its location by Chinatown. There was an attached restaurant nearby...

I went to the theatre, dinner and the Art Galleries. Only there for a couple of nights.
The system of payment. When my card was swiped originally it blocked the money fair enough. However, when I checked out it kept that money blocked and took another lot, so leaving me without access to that moneyfor a week maybe more. This is the first time that has ever happened so must be a glitch in your system.

The staff were really good to make our visit nice, even
Sending a surprise bottle of champagne to our room for our anniversary. The location was ideal for enjoying the local theatres, though I did wish for a bit more variety at breakfast.

The location is excellent, walking distance to Bourke Street Mall, close to trams, close to mcg, Chinatown just down the road. Our room was a corner superior room with kitchenette, very spacious, so we had plenty of room to spread out. The hotel is small, so we felt as if we were "coming home" at the end of our busy days.

Excellent location, close to theatre, public transport and plenty of food options. Relatively quiet, bit of noise outside on Saturday night but you expect that. Inside the hotel it was lovely and quiet.

The staff were friendly and helpful.
I was really disappointed with the soundproofing of the room. Being above street level, the noise was unbearable. We could hear everything from our neighbors' conversations to city traffic. The gym facilities were subpar, barely offering any equipment, and the bathroom door malfunctioned continuously, hitting the toilet. It was annoying to deal with these issues throughout my stay.
